Support Co-ordination

Orana Care’s team of experts will ensure you receive the most out of your funded supports. Our team of friendly, professional Support Coordinators are there to guide you through each part of your NDIS plan; efficiently allocate your NDIS funding and assist you to achieve your goals.

As necessary, we will help you to negotiate with providers on what they will offer you and how much it will cost out of your NDIS plan. Our aim is to allow you to thrive within a supported, more independent day to day life and enable inclusion within your community.  

For individuals whose situation is more complex, we offer Specialist Support Coordination. A Specialist Support Coordinator will assist you to manage challenges in your support environment.
